  3. -We will try to reply you within 24 hours, we think that the important thing is the quality of relationship and the answer that we can provide to your preoccupations and suggestions. In accordance with your wish, duration of stay, budget, we will communicate the program and a right and most competitive rate will be fixed.
  4. -The service –included or not in the tariff will be specified for each circuit.
  5. -After you have confirmed the trip or excursion with us, we will send you by email a booking form to fill (with your name, adress, passport number etc.) and the invoice related with the deposit (20 % of the total price). On this booking form you will have all the informations for the transfert : our bank name in Kathmandu, account number and swift code.
  6. -After we have received the deposit (normally it takes 3 or 4 days), we will send you by email a registration confirmation included the total amount invoice. The total balance of the trip has to be cleared upon your arrival in the destination country.
  7. -NOTE : we do not publish or share your information and email adress with any one. 
  8. -Now please read read the booking conditions terms  below carefully :


1-It is a fundamental condition that you acknowledge that this is an adventure tour. This requires some flexibility. The day to day itinary is taken as a guideline only. We can not be hold responsible for any delays caused by international or domestic flights, strikes, government regulations, weather or natural causes etc. In such cases, we shall be responsible for providing suitable alternatives which could be decided upon mutual agreement. If an agreement can not be found, we shall be only responsible for refund after deducting expenses already incurred.

2- Booking can be made by internet or directly in our office in Kathmandu. Booking should be made not less than 1 month prior to departure.
After sending the booking form, you will receive the details to pay the deposit (in euro or US dollard). Your booking will be confirmed by email once we have received the deposit. Don’t forget to bring this receipt.
The total balance of the trip has to be cleared upon your arrival in the destination country.

3-Travel insurance: Before joining the tour we recommend you to take travel insurance. This should include adequate cover for baggage, medical expenses, cancellation, helicopter evacuation and emergency repatriation.

4- Deposit: the deposit will be sent by bank transfert, you will receive all the details for the payment when you will confirm your trip with us. The payment of the deposit should be made not less than 1 month prior to departure and implies that you have read and understood all the booking conditions and you agree to abide by them.
The balance will be paid in Kathmandu.
If you cancel the trip, the following scale of charges will apply:
- less than 15 days before departure: loss of deposit
- more than 15 days before departure: loss of 50% of the deposit.

5- Refund: The tour will not be cancelled unless we are forced to do so because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure), such as major natural disaster, war, major political unrest. If we cancel the tour we will promptly refund all payments made to us less the unrecoverable costs. We shall not be liable to refund any additional expenses that you may have incurred (such as insurance, visa…).
In case of journey broken of early return upon client’s own wish or causes, we shall not be liable to any refund of the days not used. Clients have to pay for the hotel or any extra costs incurred after leaving the itinerary.

6- The itinerary is an indication of what the group should accomplish, not a contractual obligation. Changes may be made because of weather, flight cancellations, strike, sickness or other unforeseable circumstances. No refunds will be made in such of cases, however we try to provide suitable alternatives which will be decided upon mutual agreement.
Try to anticipate enough time to make up for this kind of problems.

7- If you have a complaint that can not be dealt immediately with the tour leader or you are not satisfied with the response, please notify us in writing within 15 days of the tour completion. We shall try to agree on a settlement, this process shall be governed by the law of Nepal.

8- Prices: They are established on the basis of the prices known nowaday (air ticket, bus ticket, permit…). These different prices may be changed and to take these variations into account we could be able to change the cost of a trip.

9- When making your booking it is implied and accepted that you have read and understood all these booking conditions and agree to abide by them.
